You have to waste your time in negotiations with drivers who keep on demanding much higher than the rates indicated by the application at the time of start of booking. Thereafter, driver will call and speak in very rude manner. On complaint, no action is taken. I presume that the drivers are enrolled without any police verification or any kind of verification by the app owners. It is not clear as to why they are operating it when they are not taking any money from the drivers. I presume it is being operated by a group of hackers whose main purpose may be collections of personal date with online payment records. Be careful while dealing with this app and its drivers
