Pathetic drivers and car conditions. Rash driving. Drivers using mobile phones continuously without checking the road leading to accident conditions.Even raising complaints wont help as no one calls you.I had 3 bad experiences in past with them but yesterday 21st July crossed all limits.I booked a taxi from home till Chandigarh railway station. A very old taxi driver Ravinder Singh came. He was using Indrive maps and wasnt aware of directions. It was taking him to dead end routes. I ended up late to destination.On arrving at destination,He asked me more money for a flaw with him or the app. I refused. He started misbehaving with me inside car. Told me to get out. Even told that if he knew I wouldnt have paid him more then he would have left me somewhere on the road. He was extremely rude and refused to take money which was set but wanted more. Since i was already late, i gave it to him and left.I learnt my lesson - Not to take indrive ever and not to lamely believe that old people are all good.
