Pathetic service by the DriverThe app showed Rs. 375 and driver started lying and arguing for additional Rs. 100 charged Rs. 475 stating that Rs. 100 for toll which he nvr paid in Bandra Worli sea link (there is no toll now at Bandra worli sea link) when I asked him to produce the bill he said he didn't took and started arguing unfortunately i had to pay the money as I was with my senior citizen mom. Gpay nos. shows is name as Dushyant Raj , his cell nos. 6375915937 ( app showed Driver details as Sandeep Kumar MH03CH3787)I request the indrive team to look into and reimburse the addition amount charged by Driver ..I can produce the gpay details.Indrive team - If this way your driver will loot the customer, your company cannot progress.
