I've tried this service a few times, and it hasn't been the best experience. The app works, but the rides can be unreliable — sometimes there's a long wait or last-minute cancellations. A few drivers were reckless, speeding or ignoring navigation, which made the rides stressful. The in-app navigation was also off, leading to getting lost a few times. When I reached out to the support team, they weren't very helpful. It's not the worst out there, but you definitely need to be cautious and patient for a smooth experience.
