Overall, my experience with this service has been largely positive. I enjoy the ability to choose my driver, which is something other platforms don’t offer. The only downside is that sometimes the pickup locations on the map are inaccurate, requiring me to call the driver or walk to meet them. On the plus side, there’s no waiting fee.
