It might be beneficial for the company to pay more attention to its shortcomings. Listening to customers and making adjustments could improve the service. While I’m not overly picky, I appreciate a quick ride, but the quality of some vehicles leaves much to be desired. Some are quite dirty, which isn’t pleasant for anyone.
