They have made the whole process so simple and very informative. After the hearing test I was then in an interview with the Para legal who was very informative and knowledgable. Documents were signed and my application processed. My appointment was Monday by Wednesday in the mail I had received a document outlining my entitlements and a leaflet explaining what happens next.
