I initially asked if they could provide a service for an open wardrobe, sent an image and got a response a few days later saying they could, just send a sketch and measurements to get a quote. I put all the measurements and spec I wanted on the image and then……absolutely nothing, chased three times and have now gone with another company who can at least communicate and give me what I’m requesting.Reading the reviews it would appear I’ve had a very lucky escape. So I thank them for my lucky escape and give them 1 star for appalling communications. Thank god I went with a proper company!
