The websites tracking isn't confusing. It just hasn't updated since i shipped it. The website says awaiting fulfillment. Yet I recieved an email saying it was delivered. I waited two days and have received nothing. The links in the "delivered" email that has been sent to me show an error message everytime I try to click on any of them. I would have liked if I could have tracked my package more clearly, as well as figure out why it says my package was delivered when it never showed up. I also wish the links for reaching out to industrialsafetyproducts.com worked properly.
