I placed an order for this watch on December 14, 2025, and here we are on January 13, 2026, with no sign of it. I've received conflicting information about its location, from customs in Sweden to San Francisco. I'm frustrated that it's supposedly on the west coast when I ordered it from New Jersey. If I'd known this company had such poor service, I wouldn't have ordered. I'm considering contacting my credit card company about this issue. While it's not a huge amount of money, it is still mine. I hope the watch arrives before I can't even open my front door. This will be my last order with this company.
