I placed an order for this watch on December 14, 2025, and as of January 13, 2026, I still haven't received it. I've received updates stating it's in customs in Sweden, then in the USA, and now supposedly in San Francisco? I don't understand what's happening. If I had known the service was unreliable, I wouldn't have ordered. I'm located in New Jersey, so why is it on the West Coast if it originated from Sweden? My next step is to contact my credit card company to report this issue. It's not a significant amount, but it's my money. I'm still holding onto hope that the watch will arrive before I can no longer open my front door. This will definitely be my last order with this company.
