If I could give a negative score I would. Awful customer service. I ordered the scarlett bandeau top and the top part rolls and the white lining becomes exposed while wearing it, no amount of adjusting can fix this. I contacted them to give them feedback, I didn't ask to exchange or refund and they literally sent me a huge email with their T&C's and said I was not able to exchange or get a refund, which again I didn't ask for. They fact they sent me this, I was so disappointed they didn't clearly even read my email. They then told me it was my fault as I must have ordered it too small, this is when it happens apparently, yet on their website, they recommend you size down as they say it is a big fix. I actually sized up and it is a perfect fit, it is just clearly faulty. Plus their is no gel stripe to keep this top up so it does not stay up without the strap, therefore it is not a bandeau top, this is false and misleading what they have on their website. I didn't bother telling them the Luna pants also roll at the top and expose the white lining. There lack of care for their customers, first and last time customer here. Do not waste your money. I can't go in public it rolls that much and looks ridiculous! They really need to train their customer support team, as their response was clearly a cut and paste and then they tried blaming it on me. Pathetic company who rip you off. I will be contacting CAV to see if I can get my money back.
