Apparently rep. wasn't knowledgeable in shipping methods or tracking, claiming it shipped regular mail but was actually shipped fedex. Eventually, company claimed a wrong address delivery issue, recovery, and redelivery. Still unsure which response was based on fact, in any event product was eventually received as described.
