SLOW Shipping & Miserable Customer Service!

I bought two hoses for my Infiniti FX50 for over $500, they charged me over $50 to ship and promise "Fast Shipping ." Instead, they use USPS Ground Advantage the absolute slowest shipping service possible! I noticed before they actually shipped, so I called their "Stellar Customer Service" and they were anything but stellar! Your standard robotic agents who quote policy instead of truly trying to service their customer. Not only didn't they care, or even address the fact that they do NOT offer fast shipping, despite assuring it, but they categorically refused to change the shipping service to better match their promise! When I challenged them with the fact it hadn't actually been picked up, and they could easily cancel the current label and replace it with a Priority label, "Katie" just regurgitated the same policies she already told me! She, and in turn her employer, don't care one bit if their customer is unsatisfied, and will not make any effort whatsoever to address any concern no matter how valid or urgent.Shame on InfinitiPartsDeal.com, either change your corporate culture to prioritize your customers, or remove the lies published on your site!___________________________________10/21/2025WOW, talk about proving my point!
