I had ordered the infinity hoop, the arm weights, the hoop to help the arms, and the arm wraps along with free items that came with the original hoop. First off the cost of the hoop was not the cost advertised because my hoop had to be bigger. They didn't advertise if your hoop was bigger then it was a different cost. The advertised cost was for the small hoop which makes no sense because they use it for weightloss so most people doing weightloss are bigger so they falsely advertise their product. Secondly I never recieved my complete order I recieved the original hoop and the supposedly free items with that, but never recieved the hoop that helps your arms, the wrist/ankle weights or the arm bands. I have sent multiple emails with literally the same reply and no help they have no phone number to reach a human. I have asked for a refund with no response to that I paid almost 200 dollars for my items. The advertisement seems amazing but in all honesty the customer service sucks and they falsely advertise their price.
