Rubbish Product, thieving business

I regrettably ordered a hoop. When I ordered, there was a "free" cream, "free" teabags and "free" workout videos. I didn't want any of these extras, but was unable to remove them from the order, but didn't think too much of it, as they were free. The hoop itself is rubbish - it is poor quality plastic, noisy to use and about 5 minutes of use left it looking like it had months of wear and tear.I did not try the toxic teabags, but the labelling contained at least 11 spelling errors/typos, including misspelling of main ingredients, which is a huge concern. And then a month after the purchase, I was charged an additional aud$123 for a subscription to more workout videos. I checked to see if I accidentally agreed to a subscription and I did not - there was no indication that there would be any further payments, I did not sign up for a subscription. I have repeatedly emailed and contacted their social media pages with no response. I do get multiple marketing emails everyday, however, telling me that I could sign up to be a co-conspirator (aka an "affiliate" - social media influencers who spruik this predatory, fraudulent product to their vulnerable, trusting followers get a monetary kickback for pretending it isn't a piece of trash).
