Customer service? What customer service… took me 7 emails two phone calls a report to bbb and Klarna to finally get somewhere with a response to my missing links and then when they did respond, they didn’t even let me know that they had re-shipped them. I just found them in my mailbox and a separate shipment from the original order. six of the emails that I sent through they responded telling me they received them, but I never got a response back with what they found or what they were planning on doing it took over a month and a half to finally get everything that I ordered from them. the speedy shipment that they speak about that’s laughable as well. They said 3 to 5 days it took close to 14 days for it to get to me and then three weeks after that to get the rest of my order so I can actually use my product.
