So we have placed 3 orders in total bc my 2 daughters wanted a hoop as well as myself. The site says 3-5 business days in the US for shipping. Thats laughable. I waited over a month for all my items to come and they were all shipped separately!!! My one daughter's order was missing 2 of the paid for detox teas that we ordered and they sent the wrong color hoop! My other daughter placed a separate order for sweat cream and a smaller belt bc the original one they sent was too big. They would not exchange the belt size, said we had to pay shipping if we wanted to exchange, so she ordered a new one. Paid for it and the full size sweat cream. She got her belt and the sweat cream never showed up! We have emailed them on many many many occasions and have waited weeks for a response....crickets! There is noone you can call and speak to . When you call, you are told to email and you would receive a response within 24-48 hours. Well, they never respond yo emails and IF they do, its weeks after! I got fed up and made a complaint with the BBB. Out of that i did receive my 2 missing detox teas and they said they resent the correct hoop. Well, i never received the correct hoop, it never came. So o just filed another complaint. My daughter also filed one for her missing sweat cream.
