When I ordered, promo included free sweat cream; however, that did not show up on my order confirmation. Immediately called CS & sent to voice mail. Then filled out online "contact us form" that said they would reply within 2 days. Did this multiple times over course of three weeks. Finally heard back that they had glitch in their system and they did send me the cream. Also there were multiple items in my order. Each item arrived separately over the course of 3 weeks - a little frustrating! The 30 day trial is a sham. Can only return if unused and unopened. The 30 day support starts at time of order & was useless since I didnt even have my full order until three weeks after ordering. Then they charged my credit card for another month of support, but I never signed up for auto renewal. Now with trying to get a credit from them for that and cancel any type of auto renewal they may have signed me up for, i've once again sent multiple emails and left many voice mails with no response. Regardless of day and time I call CS, I always get a message that we are busy and am put through to voice mail.
