My infinity hoop broke, the joey(ball) came off the string. I reached out to customer service to ask how to fix this(if it was possible that I could do it myself). Well, their customer service is AWFUL! They kept asking for an order number, which I told them multiple times I didn't have(I didn't personally purchase it). All I wanted was information, and after a few back and forth emails(always days apart), I totally stopped hearing from them. It's been over two weeks, I have tried to reach out several more times and NOTHING. I am so frustrated. Customer service is very important in my opinion when dealing with any company, and this company failed miserably.
