I purchased an infinity hoop alone with the extra links. When my order came in it was missing the extra links I paid extra for. I emailed support and the response said she would send out new links for me. I asked if it was possible to just refund the price of the links as I have a friend ho offered me her extra links. I reached out to support and she said she would refund the price if the links hadn't already been shipped. The last correspondence from support was a month ago. No links, no refund. I reached out again a week ago and still nothing. Buyer beware.
