My string to the ball was cut when I received it..still haven't been able to use..I've tried calling and texting because for 3.months now they have taken only out of my credit card $69.00..$19.99 twice and $29.99 once for help videos I never ordered..I have turned them in to the better business bureau....I have scence found out this has happened to others..
