I absolutely love my hoop. It’s the best exercise equipment I’ve ever owned. However it is a bit expensive and I would never have been able to buy it and be a part of the group just a few years ago. It’s a little sad that some people that could really benefit from this tool can’t afford it. Because the hoop and videos and classroom is amazing for resources and great for people that need guided videos there’s a tone now and they guide you through from start to pro.
