I had a very frustrating experience with the Infinity Hoop. I tried using it over and over again, but I couldn’t get the weighted ball to move smoothly around the track the way it’s supposed to. No matter what I did, it just wouldn’t go around properly. On top of that, it’s extremely loud while you’re trying to use it, which makes the experience even more unpleasant.
As far as the subscription goes, I do want to point out that the paperwork when you’re checking out is actually very clear that you’re agreeing to a subscription. It’s written in black and white, so people really should take the time to read all the details before completing the purchase.
Overall, though, I’m very disappointed with the product itself. If there were a way to get my money back.
