They lack the expertise of a true 'influencer' and come across as generic; they don't specialize in anything and their video quality is poor. There's a reason they are producing videos without charge; they are at the lowest level of knowledge. We couldn't utilize a single video that was returned, and there was no response or reshoot offered. The concept seemed promising but failed in terms of quality. The service may provide all the right answers, but be wary with your finances, fellow small businesses!
