As others have noted, they are a fraudulent entity that cloaks their theft in deception and then accuses victims of negligence. I did not sign up for anything nor have any account with them. The only way to stop further withdrawals is to cancel my bank card. They are refusing to refund the money they took from me. I advise avoiding this so-called service.
