Unbelievably bad customer service

Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with 3 very rude agents who cut me off repeatedly, wouldn’t listen to me, spoke over me while talking, laughed at my frustration and hung up on me. All of them told me that they couldn’t help because I don’t have “audit defence” but I do and I showed them on my account through screen share. None of them knew what they were doing and they were ALL very hard to understand. I’m never using TurboTax or intuit again after this! Update I called today to submit a complaint. The representative again didn’t know what she was doing and said that my complaint has been filed and that I’ll hear from them when it was complete. I asked when and she said there’s no way to tell. As soon as I was off the 38 minute call with her saying that she was just waiting for the complaint to be updated and to hear from them, just to get off the phone and receive email immediately that my case was closed. No contact with me at all before closing it!!
