WORST "SERVICE". Does not inform you if you have a rejection and takes your money!

I filed my taxes with Turbo Tax in April of 2020. My state tax was accepted rightaway and so was my federal. I received my state refund promptly but my federal refund was est 4/22. Days past and I owed turbo tax for their services. I called and the guy was understandable and put a delay on the billing but after a period of time, Turbo Tax ended up billing me regardless whether or not my refund came through or not.A month goes by and I get a letter to amend, this letter was from my Father's tax firm/irs NOT Turbo Tax. It turns out my before my dad left to go to his home country, he claimed me for a really small job. I tried to amend it with Turbo Tax but they were coming up with the craziest numbers of how much I owed in taxes. I ended up going with my family's tax firm that we have been going to for a while. I DID not owe the amount that Turbo Tax said I would and ended up now paying for TWO services.Note, Turbo Tax did not inform me there was a rejection or any errors. I called up today to see if I can get a refund on their "service" because I never received my federal refund. The first person I spoke to said that all services were non-refundable. She transferred my to her supervisor who was even more unwilling to understand that Turbo Tax's so called "service" FAILED to inform the customer that there was an issue.However, during the call, she took 10 minutes to find out on her back end that there was a rejection. I explained to her that if you go to Intuit page, it shows everything was accepted, and no notifications of errors/amends.So how was I suppose to know? Turbo Tax literally stole 60 bucks for their "deluxe" package.Here is what they won't tell you. If there is any error on your end they will not let you know! You are the filer, and it is a system of numbers. There should be room for errors and Turbo Tax should understand that.And WHEN their system knows there is a rejection but does not tell the customer that there is one, that is NO SERVICE AT ALL.DO NOT FILE WITH TURBO TAX. THEY ARE UNHELPFUL. Most companies during this Covid time are very understanding especially when it comes to finances, Turbo Tax is just a money hungry company that is inflexible. The supervisor even acknowledged and apologized that there was not a notification or email that was sent to me to inform me of an error. So how can you call this a service? I filed myself, I paid for it, and in the end, I never got a properly filed tax report for the year. I ended up having to pay ANOTHER tax firm for their actual tax services.If you are reading this, please go file your taxes elsewhere!
