The system is quite comprehensive and I have used it for years with no problem. This year I hit a bug. after my return was finished, e-filed and receipt confirmed by the IRS, when I tried to print the ES vouchers they came out printed: "Do not File. Not Final". I called the support line - had to hold for 55 minutes. When I finally got someone, the rep told me I had to wait 3 days and the problem would be resolved. He promised someone would follow up the third day to be sure the problem was resolved - -so I wouldn't need to wait another hour to get support. Well the third day arrived - nothing was resolved and no one called. Several more days passed --still no resolution and no call. I finally had to get paper vouchers from another source and complete them manually. My case number -in the event Turbotax wants to follow up was 470187345.Conclusion: the system is fine - -but the customer support is really bad.
