I have been using Turbo Tax forever, 20+ years. Have never had a problem until this year. I have been working on several returns for my family. Yesterday I attempted to open Turbo Tax to continue working on the files and was prompted to enter my license code again. When I did, it opened but all the returns I had been working on where no longer there. Called customer service several times got the automated system which could not answer/understand my question. When I was finally able to reach alive agent I was on the phone for over 1 hour. The gentleman was very nice but could not help. He attempted to get assistance from "higher" ups. When it seemed that maybe he had received some information we got disconnected. How frustrating. There should be a mechanism were the agent could reconnect with me or me with him. Very frustrating experience. Now I have to do the returns all over again and pray this situation doesn't happen again.
