For 100% of the questions I posed using the additional chat service that I paid for, I was told to contact customer service. Dannae in particular is the worst 'tax specialist'. Her chat had typos that made our conversation feel callous and I felt I was nothing more than a ticket she wanted to close in a hurry. And when I brought this up up with her, she ended the chat. I'm done with these guys.
