I call about them trying charge me for something that i don't need. they say you don't need it so i will put you on hold to check this for u. i'm then on hold for over 20 minutes, they then hang up and now won't allow me to talk to a specialist. before it was free to chat and now they have blocked me essentially. trash company, hope it fails
