I did a live chat with turbo rep to fill out paperwok for tax returns with no problem. I paid my fee of 125 for this service.when it came tine to sign and file my return it woulnt allow me to do so. After talking to 2 reps on two different occassios (for a total of 3 hours) still unable to resolve problem. Then spoke to two reps on 2 different occasions to get my fee refunded. Finally informed there would be NO REFUND even though i cant file my taxes DON'T USE TURBO TAX !!!!! HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER TAX FIRM TO GET MY TAXES DONE.
