My instructor was unprofessional and dishonest. He falsely claimed I insulted him during our first lesson, despite our good rapport. After scheduling my next lesson, I requested a time change shortly after, but he did not respond. When I followed up, he denied my request, insisting on a notice period that was unreasonable given our recent scheduling. He eventually agreed to a later time but failed to show up. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he stated he no longer wanted to teach me, and the support representative sided with him, cutting off our conversation. They also refused to refund my remaining funds despite the instructor's absence.
