The company's initial communication was great.Once I had paid for the item the communication seemed non existent, not even a tracking number provided for the item.What I am shocked about is that this £425 item came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plain cardboard box No box for the actual item and no instructions or guidance.I think this needs to be looked into for future purchases.
