I bought coverage and had a terrible experience. After trying to claim for a dent, they approved it, but no one showed up. They claimed we hadn't booked; we sent the car in and had to cover the costs ourselves. The management was unhelpful, and we are now pursuing legal action. I strongly advise against purchasing their products—very poor service.
