I needed to claim for a scratch to my front bumper and called Ingeni who explained the claims process and emailed the form promptly. My claim was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I wasn't able to provide offroad parking for the repair work to be carried out so Ingeni kindly called my local Ford dealership who recommended a local repair company.Once the repair was done Ingeni were quick to get back to me to let me know the claim for payment was approved.
