They've been producing watches since 1892, but they only support their products from 2016 onwards! It's ridiculous. I own an "Ingersoll I00301 Regnet", produced in 2013, which means they don't cover any problems with my watch. Currently, it's not working properly, losing about 5 minutes per day, the pushers on the right aren't functioning, the date feature is faulty, and one strap loop tore apart for no reason.It's clear they know not to guarantee products made before 2016 :DThis isn't my only watch—I have 15 watches from different brands that work perfectly and are supported for any issues, like my Seiko 5 from 1980 and Rolex Datejust from 1990. It's disappointing that Ingersoll doesn't offer similar support for their older products or at least increase the quality.
