I contacted customer services in March 2025 in hope of repair for my old Ingersoll watch. Bhavin was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgeable and explained the process.I sent my watch to the repair service but unfortunately, due to unavailability of parts, repair could not be done. This was explained by telephone and the watch returned to me.I could not have had better service from this company. Highly recommend and thank you.Susan Green
