As I hadn’t purchased the watch from Ingersoll I was sceptical if I would get a reply. However within 24hrs I received a reply from Bhavin who asked for a picture of the watch and part I needed. Bhavin then confirmed that they would send out 2 spares for me and also suggested how I could fit it securely. All I cansay is excellent customer service from Ingersoll especially from Bhavin.
