Originally I had left a fairly critical review based on me being angry. This was because I had bought an Ingersoll Bison watch that then failed within a few weeks.However, Ingersoll have responded and I must add that 1 particular employee, Bhavin, absolutely pulled out all the stops to help resolve the problem.Bhavin kept in touch with me, organised the watch to be reviewed and supported a full repair.So the watch is back, like new, fully working again.Thank you Ingersoll and thank your Bhavin!
