Hi,I am Anoop BS, enrolled in a GenAI-related course with Ingrade (a Delhi-based company) in July. They gave many false promises and hopes regarding jobs after course completion and mentioned that a freelance opportunity would be provided in late November, but till now I haven’t received it. They are not picking up my calls, and each time different persons says different things. I also did not get proper clarification from my instructor or mentor for my doubts. I have been facing these issues from the month of joining till now, and they keep giving false hopes.I have filed a complaint against them in the consumer court and on the e-Jagratha portal, stating that they are fraudulent, that I am not satisfied with their services, and that I want a refund. They collected around ₹90,000 as course fees through a financial institution, and I am paying monthly EMIs of ₹5,000, auto-debited, and they told me it cannot be blocked. I am going to freeze my account, and I know it will affect my CIBIL score and my ability to take loans in the future.I humbly request you to resolve these issues asap. Please check if there are any norms or conditions provided by the laws of India that can help me in the situation mentioned above, because fraud and such issues are not new in this country. Please take legal action and send a legal notice against them so that they don’t ruin the future of any other person. It will also serve as a lesson to all similar institutes.
