This company is absolutely terrible and should be avoided! We placed an order for a decorative item on February 17th at a competitive price. After nearly two weeks, I called customer service, and each time, I was connected to the same arrogant shop manager who dismissed my concerns about the lack of communication. Initially, we were told there were shipping delays, but after a month, we were informed it was part of a bulk order needing to be completed before shipping. After four months of lies, I requested a refund. The representative became aggressive, refused to let me speak, and yelled at me, saying, 'Good luck getting a refund,' before hanging up. We feel completely conned by this company and are escalating the matter.
