I paid for 2 hours parking and didn’t get a paper ticket. I failed to pay for the extra time of 37 minutes as I didn’t know when we arrived. £60 penalty fine for the privilege. It’s a licence to print money without providing a service. Clearly no one has a conscience in this organisation.
