This company should not be allowed to operate. Their systems were down on the day I parked. I found it impossible to use their app (I took 20 minutes and it still didn’t work) and the card reader was down. I was told by the parking assistant to get a ticket on exit (which I did) and it would be fine when their systems are back up and running. Got home from holiday to find a pcn. Then tried about 30 minutes to try and pay it over the phone. I am fuming!
