Ivory and Ink Brisbane - clothing The product is nothing like what the image used in advertising .It is an awful synthetic fabric .I am now being given the run around as I want to return it for a refund .The process is I need to request a return form from the company which I did. I did not receive the form but have been made numerous offers to keep the shirts . I have been offered 15 % refund and keep the shirts . I said no I want 100% refund and I will return the shirts . Next email - I have been offered 30% refund and keep the shirts . I said no I want 100%refund and I will return. I was then told return postage would be $60 - $80 .I would be responsible for customs declarations for China. I am disgusted by their return policy .
