Emerald helped me solve my problem I was having with unauthorized purchases made by inkapad and others all within seconds of each other and without my knowledge. Until I received notifications of such charges I was very frustrated and upset so until my experience with Emerald I was glad to have my issues heard, reviewed and then resolved with a compensation of 2 charges of $18.29 as well as $16. Each one of the pop up companies charged different amounts and made no sense,so I am very satisfied with the evaluation team coming to a compensation resolution for my case. Thank you
