InkChip.net saved me when I found out my Epson ET-2760 had to have an ink pad replacement and printing counter reset that is not mentioned at all in the Epson manual. I found them online, and when I had trouble going through all the steps to resolution, I emailed customer support (in England!) and they got back to me immediately with more instructions than I found in the video and I resolved the issue immediately.
