Im not sure what happened. Ive been told that ink experts are a great company and I was hoping from a newbie point of view for some help after spending over £1900 with them. The machine supplied is fantastic thats for the extra star, but the support after purchase is shocking. They have no telephone number for you to call. No whatsapp to message. No live chat.I have emailed twice since Saturday the 29th Oct and it's now the 2nd Nov. Nothing. I only wanted to know simple questions and some support after spending over £1900 with them. The ink supplied would not work. I tried for three days to get the white ink more vibrant as I have seen others have a white background but my one was totally washed out. After spending £250 on new ink, it’s now working like a dream. And the other company that supplied the ink have been fantastic (I’ll be leaving an amazing review for them) I mean one quick question thats all it took. Im gutted with ink experts, I can not fault the delivery of the printer I bought as it got to me in 2 days, but the support and after sales they really need to work on as its non-existent.
