I had issues with a sublimation printer that turned out to be a bit temperamental and rather than brushing me off they worked with me through every possible solution, even when things became frustrating. I’ve since found a temporary workaround but their support never wavered.What really impressed me was how honest and understanding they were throughout. It’s rare to feel like you’re genuinely being looked after these days but I’ve developed real trust in Ink Experts because of how they handled my situation.
